I RECEIVED A VOUCHER TO THEIR UPSIDE DOWN EVENT. THEY CLAIM THEY WILL PAY OFF YOUR EXISTING LOAN, NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU OWE. IT WAS A COMPLETE FRAUD! THEY REFUSED TO PAY OFF MY LOAN EVEN THOUGH I W THEY CLAIM THEY WILL PAY OFF YOUR EXISTING LOAN, NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU OWE. IT WAS A COMPLETE FRAUD! I actually visited Vero Beach Mitsubishi. I went in there with a list of items I NEEDED in my new car, but already had a model in mind. After two days of searching and constant communication I went in there with a list of items I NEEDED in my new car, but already had a model in mind. After two days of searching and constant communication my sales rep YOYO found the perfect car for me, it wasn’t the model I had in mind (the model I was looking for wasn’t available within a 1,000 mile radius, and because of a PCS I had a short timeline) but found a way to add all of the creature comforts that I desired. I happened to be on vacation in Vero Beach and he even arranged for the new car to be transported to me! He was so friendly and helped me with all of my needs and wants. I know I asked for a lot, but he delivered that and more. I couldn’t be happier with my new car or the experience I had. I heard horror stories about car dealerships, but they couldn’t have been talking about Vero Beach Mitsubishi. Everyone was so friendly and even remembered our first names, even the manager Chris. I would be willing to take a road trip and buy my next new car from them. I’m recommending them to EVERYBODY! More
