Bob set an appointment up with the dent guy and I was extremely impressed with his workmanship. Mackey Harris followed through during the day of the repairs and made me feel very comfortable and he ensured I would be pleased and if not he would do whatever it took to make sure I was happy. I loved the repairs and the way the vehicle looked after the repairs. Very professional job by both Bob and Mackey. Then, Bob calls me the next day to follow up with my opinion on the repairs. It was an all around great experience that could have been bad but was not.
