I was looking at trucks on site at Carter. Dan came out to talk to me about the Chevy Silverado 2500HD trucks. I wasn't sure if I wanted a 6 or 8 foot bed, or a regular cab, or etended cab. Dan was very patient, not pushy at all, and very knowledgeable about the different trucks, and what was availbale in the dealers invnetory. I appeciated the fact that he showed me respect, being a woman looking at trucks, I was vry happy to be treated fairly. I ended up buying the 2500HD regular cab. Even as I was doing the paperwork, here was never any pressure to buy anything additional, I was informed of everything that was available, but never pressured. Everyone I dealt with in sales, and finance were freindly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I felt like I mattered to them. It was really great. I've been dealing with the service dept at Carter for several years, since Clyde in Vernon closed. The service dept at Carter has always been honest, pleasesant, accomidating, friendly, and just an overall great bunch of folks to deal with. I had some major repair work done on my SUV last year, it was done on time, and it was done right. The service dept has always scheduled me when I needed it, even the emergency visits were set up right away. I've used the shuttle service to drop me off at work while the SUV was worked on. The shuttle service was on time, and the driver again, pleasant. I really like this dealership, both the sales and service department are first class!!! More

I made an appt with Ron Sloan, a very kind spirited man , who walked me through all the bells and whistles of my soon to be newly purchased Cruze. With a lttle 'discussion' we were able to come to an agreement on price and then Big Lou stepped in. He attained my financing and with NO hard sell at all let me know all my options.I had a sun roof installed after I picked up my new Cruze. I was given a beautiful loaner car. The work was done perfectly AND on time! I LOVE this car! I will def go back to Ron and Carter for my family's car needs. More

That was a pleasant relief from a few others I had visited. Ron matched my best price, then gave me the value I was seeking on my trade-in, a win-win combination. Their financial wizard Lou Martin was helpful in explaining in detail my purchasing options and in discussing various dealer offered services. Not only did Wayne answer every question I had, he informed me items and options I was unaware of throughout the entire process of purchasing my truck. This purchase is my second with Carter Chevrolet and I can honestly say my next vehicle purchase will not include "shopping around". I will simply visit Carter again. More

From the moment my husband and I stepped foot on the lot of Carter Chevrolet we felt like we were part of a family. Rich greeted us with a smile and after a brief discussion Rich got right to work. We told him what we were looking for and what was important to us in a new car. Rich gave us direction and offered up his honest opinion without being pushy or feeling pressured to purchase any vehicle. After sleeping on this new information we had aquired, we went back to see Rich the next day with questions that needed to be answered. Rich was patient and really took his time on finding us the right vehicle that met all our criteria. A couple of days later we drove off in our 2011 Chrvrolet Cruze 2LT. We were extremely satisfied with Rich and Carter Cevrolet. Everybody there that we came in contact with was very professional and we would absolutely recommend this dealership to our friends and family.
