While we needed a second car for me and my three children Kate and Lisa worked with us. The kids love the car. I was disappointed when we only got one key at delivery. I drove ten miles down and was told the key was to another car. Now the check engine light is on and I asked service to check the problem. I was informed I would have to go across town, which I did and was told the car would not be looked at for a week. I hope there is no damage to the car. Since we just got the car I plan on not paying for any repairs or work done on the car. More

In fact, they keep asking me if I want to buy another car that is newer and trade this one in and I always tell them , "No Way" I am in love with Mazda Protege, almost as much as I love my wife for 25 years, I will never trade her in either. However, we are going to buy a car in the spring and have every intention on going to our Mazda dealer in Manchester to do some shopping. Thank you for being so great! More
Overall the purchasing experience was very good. Upon taking delivery small nicks were noted on the spoiler to be repaired or replaced when dealer purchased accessories were to be installed at a later da taking delivery small nicks were noted on the spoiler to be repaired or replaced when dealer purchased accessories were to be installed at a later date because of availability of service department schedule. During this scheduled appointment the service tech damaged the right front rim by hitting the rim on the lift. The service manager notified me and said there would be one more day delay for the return of the vehicle so they could order a new rim. When the vehicle was returned the original scheduled work was completed along with the rim, the spoiler was not replaced to be scheduled at another time because a new spoiler had to be ordered. To smooth things over the service manager said I would get free detailing because of the inconvenience I was caused. After recently reviewing the paperwork received from the service department, I noted the service order stated that the customer reported the damage to the rim; in my mind this implies that I caused the damage not the dealership. Additionally the paperwork states the rim was repaired not replaced which makes me question the integrity of the service department. Which was confirmed when I was cleaning the vehicles rims I found overspray in the inside of the rim which made me review the service paperwork in the first place. I will be scheduling an appointment for the repair of the spoiler and additional warranty work that needs to be completed; at that time I will deal with the dealership on the concern I have with the repair of the rim and how misleading the paperwork was done. More
Both Casey and John have provided exceptional service. I had my new Cruze for 10 days when someone side swiped me on Main Street in Hartford, but now my auto looks as good as new. Casey always sees that my needs are met timewise so it was not a big inconvenience bringing my car in for body work and getting it back when she advised that I would. I highly recommend Carters and that is why I drive in from West Hartford for all my auto needs. I have been a customer since I began driving and would not think of going elsewhere. Very good service during car shopping process. Three weeks after purchase engine light went on day before vacation.
