I scheduled my LOF with Amanda. She was able to fit me in on the day and time that fit my schedule. When I arrived, Amanda had the day off, but no problem. Ray said "Hi how you doing" and got my paper in on the day and time that fit my schedule. When I arrived, Amanda had the day off, but no problem. Ray said "Hi how you doing" and got my paper work in order. Amanda's replacement continued the welcome and asked (as usual) anything else we can do for you today. Nothing else needed to be done. It was nice to see that even with the construction going on things were as they should be. The work was completed before you knew it and I was on my way. Nice job !!! More
Ray at Carter Chevrolet takes very good care of me and my car. He always listens carefully to my service requests and goes above and beyond my expectations to make sure my car is running well and safe to dri car. I had an urgent repair service done while I was on vacation out of state. That service shop failed to clear the engine failure codes from the computer, which caused serious loss of power and safety issues while driving. When I returned home, Ray provided a loaner car, managed the cost of diagnosis with the out of state shop and personally drove my car to make sure it was corrected and safe to drive again. Awesome! More

Ray and Amanda always go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Ray took care of my original service appointment, oil-lub and a broken antenna. Amanda even got some body issues taken care of under warranty, that I tought were not covered. While waiting for my car I went into the showroom and started looking at cars, John was very helpful, showing me all the Cruze's in the lot, while it was raining. He knows his cars! Past and present. I was very impressed with his knowledge. More

When I want to pick up the car Ray told me that they had the wrong vin # on the post card that they sent to me. They still did the recall work for me instead of wasting my time and day off. Ray was an excellent Service Representative. I called to inquire about having service performed on my vehicle and he worked with me from start to finish. I was given a rental car to make up for the fact tha inquire about having service performed on my vehicle and he worked with me from start to finish. I was given a rental car to make up for the fact that a loaner was not returned by the previous person making it possible for me to continue with my daily work/family obligations! The price was given a rating of good because while Ray worked with me to get me my 10% discount with the use of a coupon I had been mailed, the overall cost was more than I had hoped to pay based on the amount of work that was required. To my knowledge the work was completed and all appears to be well after having it returned to me approx. 5 hours ago, time will tell! Carter Chevrolet is the best dealership that I have ever done business with. I have purchased multiple vehicles from the dealership and have referred family and friends there as well, knowing that the deal done business with. Ron listens to what I need and then works hard to find vehicles in my price range. Carter has always treated me with respect and they have never tried to play “dealership games” with me to push a sale. They have never pressured me to purchase a vehicle or tried to sell me something that didn’t fit my needs. My latest purchase was a new pick-up truck. The sales and finance team worked hard to meet my needs and explain all of my options to make sure that I picked the right financing. They delivered the truck with the accessories and made sure I was happy with the additional work that was done before I left. I couldn’t be happier with the way everything worked out. I look forward to working with them in the future! More
I took my 2008 Corvette in for service to have the oil changed, new filter and the chassis lubricated. They did a fine job. The car has 7,000 miles on it, but I take it in every Spring for this service. My understanding 0f an oil change service is that it includes topping off all fluids. After checking under the hood, as I always do after service, I found that the battery needed water which I added. This may seem too critical and this will not keep me from going back to Carter for service, they are a very friendly group. More
