Many dealerships act like your best friend until they sell you the car. Carter Chevrolet treats their customers like VIPs forever. A few weeks after I bought my beloved used HHR I heard an occasional clunk when I used the brake. I brought the car in for repair. When I started home after the repair I heard a much louder noise. I didn't want to be a nuisance customer, but I was frightened by the noise. Amanda has worked at Carter for decades and checks cars in when they need service. I told her what was going on and she asked if she could ride in the car with me to hear the noise. It was really loud when we got on the highway. Amanda didn't know what the noise was, did not want me to drive the car until the problem was resolved. She gave me the choice of waiting for the repair or taking a loaner car. I decided to wait. Three employees of Carter Chevrolet apologized to me for the problem and told me that kind of work was not acceptable to this dealership. I always believe you know a company when something goes wrong. Carter Chevrolet supports me when things go well and when they don't. Thanks also to Ray who works with Amanda and Alan Guidici who sold me the car and continues to lean over backwards for me. Carter employees tell me they do much less advertising than other dealerships, and depend on customers buying future cars from them and recommending them to family and friends. They have certainly achieved that goal with me. More

We have always been met with a caring attitude, from the sales people as you come in the door, as well as from the service department. I'm sure our next cars will come from Carter. More

A recent college graduate, I went to Carter Chevrolet to purchase my first car. My salesman Mark Cross was great. He really helped me pick a car that I was comfortable in. Mark also helped to set up my OnStar as well as my Satelite radio. I would recommend Mark Cross for anyone that is looking to purchase a car used or new. I have never experienced a bad visit or had a service issue that couldn't be resolved.
