This week I needed an oil change and a check of the ABS light as well as check for fluid that might have come from driver's rear wheel of our 2004 silverado. The service assistant, Amanda, always recognizes my name, knows the vehicle and pulls up the records. She listens to my problems and makes sure that the vehicle is checked out. Amanda - and the other service assistants - take the time to explain any repairs that are necessary. At one time, mice had eaten wiring and there was a BIG bill. Amanda suggested I check with my home-owners insurance to see if this was covered and it was. Her suggestion saved me several hundred dollars. Also, I VERY MUCH appreciate the door-to-door courtesy car service that this dealership offers. More

Carter has been doing my car servicing for a long time. Ever since Dale Freeman sold me a Chevy Lumina and then a Buick Century Custom. Recently, I had the pleasure of dealing with your new Service Advi Ever since Dale Freeman sold me a Chevy Lumina and then a Buick Century Custom. Recently, I had the pleasure of dealing with your new Service Advisor Craig Bell. He presented himself as a very professional and overall nice person. He treated me as not just another number but a valued customer. He explained, in detail, what work was needed and explained how long it would take and how much it would cost. He got me a ride home. I was introduced to Ryan who did the work on my car. He also presented himself as a knowledgable young man. In summary, your service people have always dealt with me fairly (especially Ray and Amanda) and now Craig. More

After our Pontiac G6 was found to be a total loss after it was rear ended, we started looking for a car to replace it. I first started on line & after going to several websites, ended up looking at Carter it was rear ended, we started looking for a car to replace it. I first started on line & after going to several websites, ended up looking at Carter Chevrolet's. I knew of Carter, having worked in Manchester several years ago, and it's location makes it almost a landmark when coming into Manchester, so I didn't hesitate to call when I saw a couple cars on their website that I thought would fit the bill. They immediately started helping me with the process of replacing the totaled car & when my wife & I went to visit them, they were right up front with us when we told them what we were getting from our insurance company & that we were not willing to spend anymore than that. I told them that we still had car payments left on our other car & that I had been unemployed for over eight months, which put us behind on other bills. They showed us some cars that were in our price range & then we saw a car that was a little more but would be perfect for me to drive to work & back. They made concessions & got us the car. In addition, while they were getting the car ready for us, we had an unexpected monster snow storm that set everything back, but they still got us our car when we needed it. My wife & I felt like we were the most important customers there, even though I know there were other people spending considerably more than us. We couldn't be happier with the sales people & the work that was done on the car to get it ready for us. Thank you Carter Chevrolet. More

I originally went to Carter Chevrolet because it is conveniently located down the street from my house and was as far as my ten year old car could make it with out stalling . What I experienced was more then just a convenient location to find a car . What I found was helpful,knowledgeable , patient and understanding people to help me purchase the right vehicle . They helped me find a vehicle that fit my budget and life style . That vehicle was a 2010 Chevy HHR. I especially appreciated all the time and help the sales manager gave me and my husband to make this experience the very best.. More

I had a wonderful experience today at Carter Chevy. The first time I visited was to fix a part recall. I did not hear any recommendation from my friends.
