I made an appt ahead of time to have my car serviced. Upon arrival I met with Mr. Ray Maher. He did not see my appt. on the schedule. He assured me that they would squeeze me in and for me not to worry Upon arrival I met with Mr. Ray Maher. He did not see my appt. on the schedule. He assured me that they would squeeze me in and for me not to worry, that he promised to make me happy. He did !!! They gave me a beautiful car to to use while my car was being serviced. He called me a few hours later to tell me they had to order the part and would I mind using the loaner car for one more day. The following day I picked up my car, it was totally fixed beautifully, and I am very happy. If all service people were like Mr. Maher, what a wonderful world we would live in !! My husband and I enjoyed very much working with Ron to find me the right car. He was extremely kind, friendly and really knew what he was talking about. We had been to several other dealers before and never felt at ease talking with a salesperson. Ron was unlike any other car salesmen we ever met !! We feel like we made a friend !!! We purchased the car from Ron that very night, and have been very happy. I had a couple of concerns about the car, and Ron made sure they were fixed !!! I worked primarily with Jimmy Fuska. He was a very kind very honest and tollerant sales rep. He felt more like a friend than a sales rep to me. I actually bought one car took it home and drove it to work when I realized it was not the car for me. Carter Chevrolet was very kind and stated I had 3 days to change my mind. They took the car back and allowed me to pick a 2013 Malibu. They made the transfers and just acted as if the 1st transaction didnt even exist. Through this process all the employees at Carter made me feel very comfortable and went out of their way to make sure I felt positive and comfortable with the transactions. I will DEFINATELY be buying all my cars from Carter now. Again not only very knowledgable reps but new friends to me. They also made sure I got a lesson of all aps for my car and made sure I was aware of where everything was. More
I have to say, Carter Chevrolet has put my faith back in dealerships 100% when i go for my next car I'm going back. For years other dealerships have been trying to put me in cars they just want off their lo dealerships 100% when i go for my next car I'm going back. For years other dealerships have been trying to put me in cars they just want off their lot that nobody with "better" credit wants. Ron and Lou were patient and worked with me because they were aware of my past situations with car dealers, but in the end they did what they do best and actually came thru and put me in a car that I picked, and at a great price! I would recommend any and everyone to come to Carter to get their next vehicle. Thanks again guys I really appreciate it. More
been working with ray Maher for a long time, he is a gentelman and knows where the car needs to go for the problem it has, (the specialty person). I enjoy going to Carter Chevrolet for service because Amanda takes good care of my car needs. She always explains what needs to be fixed now and what will need done in the future. Service appointment was on time and completed in a timely manner (30 mins). Provided with a complete record of all checks made which can be very useful in the future. It was very friendly atmosphere. We bought our car at Carter and after four months noted that the car shook when putting on the brakes. We brought it in and found that it needed new rotors and brake pads. There was no haggling or pleading, They decided to fix the car at no charge to us. They wanted to make sure that we were satisfied and that we got the best car available. The work was done in a timely manner and when I returned at the time specified my car was waiting for me in the lot (they even washed it for me). They did a fine job on my brakes. This is a used car. I have never known a dealer to stand like this behind their products or be as friendly and helpful as they were. Ray, the service manager was especially helpful. He arranged for a ride home when it was determined that it would take a few hours to fix my car and offered to pick me up and bring me back (I live over 10 miles away). We had a very pleasant experience buying our car, but the service and commitment to customer service has made me a big fan. I am new to the state and have been looking for a dealer to work on my cars. I found the people at Carter Chevrolet (especially Ray) to be honest and people of integrity. I will be back for any maintenance that is needed and will look here first when I look to buy a car in the future. Carter was recommended to us by a friend, who told us that they have an excellent reputation. We are glad we followed their advice. Ray is a very funny man, his great personality really helped ease the stress and tension that I had when I arrived. They picked the right person to deal with the public. More
