I was very impressed with the desire to simply help me with looking at different calls. There was no pressure to make the sale. Andrew Repay made the purchase of my 2013 Equinox easy, strees free and enjoyable. My 2006 Equinox, although in good condition was getting up there in miles, one day when I was having it serviced I start strees free and enjoyable. My 2006 Equinox, although in good condition was getting up there in miles, one day when I was having it serviced I started talking with Andrew and told him I'd return to test drive a used vechicle I was interested in and did so the following week. I was disappointed in the performance of the used vechicle and Andrew suggested I try a new Equinox to see the changes that have been made. Andrew had listened to what I wanted in a vechicle, inquired about my driving habits pointed out and explained the new technology that would help to make the many miles that I drive safer, easier and more comfortable. Even though it was getting close to closing time on Saturday afternoon he took the time to sit and help to locate the vechicle that I thought I would like rather than just writing it down and telling me he would give me a call when he found it. I decided to take the weekend and think it over during which time I found an Equinox I liked even more on line, called him on Monday morning told him where it was and by Wednesday he had the vechicle at Carter Chevrolet I took possession of it on Saturday. I can't thank Andrew enough for listening to what I wanted, paying attention to detail and getting it right the first time. I really think Ben & Jerry's should name an ice cream after Andrew he is that good at what he does !! When so many dealerships closed several years ago it is understandable why Carter Chevrolet has prevailed. The service department , Ray & Amanda are always on top of everything very organized , know their product, remember and recognize their customers and their vechicles. The service technicians work efficiently so work is completed in time specified, their shop along with they themselves always looks neat not dirty, greasy and unkempt and I think this speaks to the quality of their work. The only reason that I would ever have any service done by anyone but Carter Chevrolet would be if I were traveling out of the area and needed immediate service. Thank you Carter for helping to keep me safe on the highways. JLR More

I arrived at Carter Chevrolet of Manchester at 7:15 on Monday morning April 29 for an appointment to have new front brake rotors installed on our GMC Envoy. Dale Freeman, salesman, helped us become acquainted with Carter's and helped us find our Envoy 2 years ago. His presence when we see him is always reassuring and he gave me the trust and confidence to come to Carter's for service work on the vehicle. Even with Dale's assurances, I still arrived with apprehension since my dealings with other car service centers in the past have left me with dread because I am a woman. Unfortunately, many service centers tend to talk down to women. My experience at Carter's was wonderful. Ray was there and got all my paperwork together quickly. By 7:20 I was waiting for the shuttle driver in the new customer lounge, great TV and Wi-fi and coffee, although the shuttle driver was so prompt I did not get to enjoy them. By 7:30 I was on the road for home. I expected to return by shuttle at about 12:30 pm that day. However, Amanda called at 10:15 and told me my car was ready and at 10:30 the shuttle was in my driveway. So for the drive back to Carter's the driver and I chatted non-stop. He is a great guy! Arriving at Carter's my bill was ready and very reasonable. I paid Christy and drove away. Simple steps and a wonderful ending to a morning that I had approached with foreboding. I recommend Carter Chevrolet's Service Department to everyone, but especially to women. My husband does also, becasue as he has said if a company of any sort can live up to my customer service expectations, especially an automobile service department, then they can live up to anyone's. More

Just purchased a 2013 Malibu from Carter Chevrolet and Ron Sloan. Within minutes of my initial inquiry on the internet on a Friday evening, Carter Chevrolet had arranged for me to test drive three vehicl Ron Sloan. Within minutes of my initial inquiry on the internet on a Friday evening, Carter Chevrolet had arranged for me to test drive three vehicles I was considering (The Cruze, the Malibu, and the Impala) the very next morning. Upon arrival at 9:00 a.m., I was greeted by Sales Manager Michael Moore, who was extremely personable. We chatted as Ron prepared the three vehicles, and so began the decision-making process. Ron was extremely patient with me as I weighed the pros and cons of each car and agonized over my decision. [NOTE: The Cruze and Malibu are GREAT cars for the value in comparison to other manufacturers I have researched]. There was no pressure whatsoever to buy; I felt as though I was back at the Saturn dealership when I purchased my first car back in the early 1990s! Ron just offered information and discussion as I weighed the merits of each car and each option package. Nothing more. I ended up purchasing the Malibu a couple of days later, and to his credit, Ron even apprised me of some other rebates I was eligible for but did not realize. He even took care of handling the "cashing in" of my GM Card reward points for me. All in all, a surprisingly-- dare I say shockingly-- positive experience. I was dreading buying a new car, but this transaction turned out to be easier and much more pleasant than all the other routine transactions we all encounter (e.g., grocery shopping at Stop and Shop on a Saturday. Ugh!) Kudos to Michael Moore, Michael Sawyer, Lou Martin ("Go Dolphins!"), Ron Sloan, and the rest of the staff at Carter Chevrolet. Thanks, guys. More
Was able to get my 2003 Pontiac Vibe in for tire repair rt nail puncture. Ray was able to accomadate me with a "loaner" so that I could continue seeing clients,as I am a visiting nurse.
