Amanda was fantastic and responsive to the issues and concerns that I was having with my car. Initially she could not hear what I was hearing but after receiving a follow up phone call she was able to t concerns that I was having with my car. Initially she could not hear what I was hearing but after receiving a follow up phone call she was able to take the car for another drive and heard what I was hearing. The fact that Amanda contacted me 3 times was fantastic, I have had service done in the past at other companies where I did not hear back from the company until they said that the car was fixed, this resulted in more expense because it was not fixed correctly. The Service Dept folks are always polite and the repairs are done in a timely manner. This morning I zipped in and out for an oil change. I was greeted warmly by Ray and the technician had my car ready before I finished my magazine. My beautiful car was hit and damaged in an accident about a year and a half ago. The Body Shop took excellent are of the repairs. Honestly, you would never know it was damaged just by looking at it. I've never been less than happy with the folks at Carter. More

Once again I found myself in a situation that required immediate action. My daughter's car decided to stop runnibg while she was driving on I-84. I called Ray,explained that I needed a loaner yesterday,and that my car was enroute as we spoke. Ray said that he would try his best given the circumstances. When my car,and wife ,arrived at Carter a loaner was waiting for her. My wife was extremely surprised,and I made it a point to thank Ray personally. I can't begin to describe how satisfied my entire family is with the "attention to detail" provided by Ray during our time of need. The first person I met when called for a quote was Kay Doherty. She was a pleasant voice behind the phone. She set up a visit for me and that was how the process started. When I entered the store Michael Moore gave me a warm pleasant welcome, asking me about my day so far. He thanked me for coming in and introduced me to Craig Fournier, who was my consultant, another great person! Craig introduced me to the vehicle I was interested in, which was already moved to the front of the lot waiting for my arrival. Craig walked me through the vehicle operation and was very patient. He made me feel as if I was his only customer for the day, although it was after 5pm. I was impressed. I was then escorted back into the building where Craig completed the necessary paperwork to start the buying process, again taking time to explain as he went on. I was then introduced to Lou Martin the business manager again another pleasant person, bubbly and smiling even though I knew he had already had a long day. Upon returning the day of the purchase, Craig again went over the operations of the vehicle to ensure that I was comfortable. I again met Lou to complete the sales transaction, who although it was apparent he was not feeling well dutifully did his job so eloquently. At the end of the purchase I again met with all three gentlemen who thanked me for the purchase. It was a warming experience. I thank the crew from Carter for being so polite and professional. More
