First Experience with Carter Chevrolet I recently purchased a used 2010 Ford Fusion from Carter Chevrolet and couldn't be anymore happier with my purchase. From the moment I walked into CC I recently purchased a used 2010 Ford Fusion from Carter Chevrolet and couldn't be anymore happier with my purchase. From the moment I walked into CC I experienced a positive sales environment. My intention was to test drive the Ford Fusion which ended up being an incredibly smooth drive. I was also impressed by how well the vehicle was taken care of and serviced mechanically, and cosmetically to the point it seemed brand new. After the test drive and speaking to CC's employee, Jimmy Fuska, I decided on the Fusion over other cars and due to experiences at other dealerships. Not once did I feel pressured to the purchase the vehicle, but rather the purchase was due to the incredible hospitality from CC's staff and my experience with the vehicle. At the time of purchase I was driving a rental, and CC provided me with a pick-up service from the car rental shop back to the dealership where I was going to drive out with my new used car. An issue occurred between the bank involved, but although I was unable to drive out that day with my vehicle I was provided with a vehicle to use free until my Fusion was ready a couple days later. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. The service they provide is phenomenal, and the staff provide a positive experience I haven't seen or felt at other dealerships. More

I was dealt with much patience and knowledge. I was listened to as my desires. I did not feel compelled to rush or purchase anything. It is very clean and comfortable there. All of the vehicles are clean and well kept. I had such fun on my test drive. I wanted that Traverse!! had to have it!! Bob Fed us and Bob Oles made it happen. I am a very happy customer. Ray always goes the extra mile! Ray Maher is not just some service writer at some dealership. He is the reason I go to Carter Chevrolet for service. I have a 2002 Oldsmobile Aurora t Ray Maher is not just some service writer at some dealership. He is the reason I go to Carter Chevrolet for service. I have a 2002 Oldsmobile Aurora that is much better suited for service at a Cadillac dealership. Ray treats you like family and his expert techs have kept my aging car running. He provides excellent communication on the status of your car and is always ready with a joke or some wit when the diagnosis isn't so good and you need a moral boost. Carter provides courtesy transportation and the repairs are warrantied. I have a stack of service records for this car the size of a phonebook and on the rare occasion that something didn't go back together as I left it Ray and his team quickly take care of the problem and get me on my way.
