Derek went out of his way to answer all my questions and send me a buyers order detailing all of the cost and he worked with the dealer's finance department to get all the financing approved (With a very good rate) before i had to drive to Vernon. Upon arrival everything was done and i was on my way within 2 hours and there were no price changes that we normally hear about with dealerships. I bought my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Vernon Auto in Vernon Texas in May of this year. I had a very specific list of options I wanted and Vernon had one that I wanted. Being pretty car savvy I had alot of questions so via email I contacted JR Cavillo at Vernon and we started corresponding by email. We swapped at least 100 emails and also conversed on the phone a few times. When I was convinced that JR and Vernon was a place I wanted to do business I went to the dealership to seal a deal. I was greeted at the door and asked who I had come to see and then taken to meet JR. He took the wife and I to see the Grand Cherokee and explained all the features and options very well. We took the Jeep for a drive and were sold. We went back to the dealership and settled on price and since I had already submitted a credit report we were taken to the finance department where we met Ashley Hernandez. She was very well versed on the finance end of things and took care of us both with professionalism and courtesy. In closing, I would highly recommend Vernon Auto Group and I have already done so to some of my friends that are looking to purchase. More

I visited five dealers in my home state California none were willing to deal with me Three of the five told me that DODGE did not make the vehicle I wanted. Called and talked to Victor the price was really much better than anything I could get here. Victor was very helpful, even when the Grayhound broke down about twenty miles from the shop he came and picked me up. Made sure that all the things I asked for were included in the vehicle, I was coming from home to pick up the vehicle and asked Victor to have a goose neck hitch put in before I picked it up. Everything was complete and really was a friendly helpful group that worked with me to close this deal. I have had it for one year just wish I lived closer where I could deal with this great shop for service work when it is needed. I have purchased a four new Diesel Pick ups and drive them about three to four hundred miles and sell them. This is the easiest most friendly company I have found. If I ever need another I will call them to see what they have. I have also bought other new vehicles overall this is a great place to purchase a vehicle would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great deal with really friendly people working for them. I visited Vernon on the recommendation of a friend. They had an outstanding selection of the type of FORD trucks I was interested in, and they offer the lifetime powertrain warranty. The selection of 4 WD F150's was great. they let me look and did not pressure. i was able to drive vehicles with Johnathon without pressure. he was helpful, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I actually ebded up buying two trucks within 30 days from him. He arranged to have the vehicles delivered to my home and the whole process was easy, painless and pressure free. Prior to delivery he had a spray-in bedliner done on my F150. They were trustworthy, honest and I would call them "good small town friendly folks" with a great selection of trucks. More

I would first like to say that the customer service is Superb!! I have spoken to very few dealerships with the expertise and friendly nature as Vernon.
