The service at Honda was great especially under the circumstances. The service manager Sam gave me a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced for 3 weeks !! One the other hand I will no longer be buying any Honda vehicles related to the issues I experienced with my Honda CR-V I have been buying Honda for over 10 years however with the cost of repairs that cost 1/2 of the vehicle value and having the car for 4 years with 111,000 miles and being serviced just by Honda has left me disappointed in their vehicles!!! I had to replace the turbo and the catalyst converter plus the fuel injector on my 2018 Honda CR-V with 110,000 miles, I have never put as much money into a car I have own until this one needless to say I am no longer buying a vehicle made by Honda !!!! More

This was the first time I had my Honda serviced since buying it new in June. Nick Fowler was personable and made me feel very comfortable in the dealership. He stated my service would take approximately buying it new in June. Nick Fowler was personable and made me feel very comfortable in the dealership.
