2 weeks ago I went to the GM vehicle lot just to browse. I told Trent what exactly I wanted in a vehicle and he showed me a few right away. At first i was not really interested in the lineup they had, so he I told Trent what exactly I wanted in a vehicle and he showed me a few right away. What a friendly place to purchase a vehicle! I was quite surprised to the service after having a bad experience the last time me and my husband came in about 3 years ago. I recently purchased a Chevy from Levi at Vern Eide GM. I had done a lot of shopping around and was looking at either an SUV or pickup. I went to a Billion to look at a Chevy 1500 that they had for sale. I h had done a lot of shopping around and was looking at either an SUV or pickup. I went to a Billion to look at a Chevy 1500 that they had for sale. I had went to look at the Chevy 1500 the previous Sunday and Billion was closed. So I went back on Monday and they told me there was a couple driving it and after they cleared it they would probably buy it. The salesman didn't bother to offer me any other assistance. So, I started shopping and found a nice Chevy on the Vern Eide GM website. I drove to the lot and found the truck right away. Levi came out and greeted me nicely and asked if I would like to drive the truck. I took it out for a test drive and I was very impressed with the features it had. I have had a Suburban in the past and loved the interior space. We went in and had a friendly negotiation and Levi gave me a good price on the truck. I took the offer and I am very pleased with my purchase. The overall experience I had at Vern Eide was easy and there was no push to buy the truck. I will definitely keep doing business here in the future. More
