She showed me all the options and how everything worked at what was new on the new Silverado's. Took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. When it came time to deal she was very polite and not pushy to buy it. We then looked at accessories and the parts guy was also very friendly and knowledgeable. When it came time to pick up the pickup Tonya was very helpful again when it came time to do the OnStar and other questions I had.
