Most Excellent Service Department We were on vacation and ran into some problems with our vehicle on a Saturday afternoon. We're from out of State and we stopped by this dealership whi We were on vacation and ran into some problems with our vehicle on a Saturday afternoon. We're from out of State and we stopped by this dealership which we have never been before. I described the issue with the service manager. He got us right in and had us back on the road within a half an hour. He was intelligent, courteous and one of the friendliest people I've met in a long time. He took one of his service tech's off of another project just to help us and get us back on the road again. They went through my vehicle's system to make sure everything was as it should be. Charged me the regular rate and we were off to our destination. They went above and beyond the level of care and I'm forever grateful! This dealership should be recognized for it's excellence. If we lived closer, this would be a dealership I would be excited to work with. The service manager I worked with was Jim Senger. Please see he receives all of the accolades he very much deserves. They were extremely busy and short staffed for the day, however Ashley got my vehicle in right away and her husband fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. Talk about AWESOME! I was already worried about a sick child and to have to deal with a car with a problem for over 2000 miles, well that would have been a very stressful addition.
