Service was closed for the day and no service technicians were still in the store. That did not pose a problem. Rather than wait until Monday, our sales representative, Emily Hanson, contacted Adam Hillman, a service tech who was already home. He arranged to pickup a new tire, brought it to the dealership, mounted, balanced, and installed it as the spare and installed the original spare on the truck so all the tires on the ground matched.
