Replaced headlight Traveling from Michigan a headlight went out. Stopped at an auto parts store and got a bulb. Checked on the internet on how to replace it and found out there is a lot of parts to remove in order to access the light assembly. Did not have all the tools needed so stopped in the dealership just before they closed and they put a mechanic on the job. Not only did they accommodate me there was no charge. We had seen a vehicle we liked online and so we knew before we ev I would recommend this dealership. We had a smooth experience from start to finish. It was still in transit to the dealership but we came up to the dealership in advance and test drove an identical make/model/year in a different color and went over all the features of the vehicle we were interested in. We did feel pressured to commit to the vehicle before ever having seen it in person which would make anyone nervous, especially when you're spending that much money. However, the price was where we wanted, we were on a bit of a timeline, and we were concerned that if we didn't make a move on it that it might get sold quickly once it arrived. Once the car arrived, it was exactly as described/as we'd hoped. Also, are schedules were an obstacle and they were willing to work with us even outside of regular hours, to make the sale happen. We would definitely work with Vern Eide and John again in the future. More
