Out of state but got us repaired on a Saturday We are from Nebraska and were having trouble with the key not turning to start. Were able to get to Mitchell and though it was Saturday morning they We are from Nebraska and were having trouble with the key not turning to start. Were able to get to Mitchell and though it was Saturday morning they agreed to help us out. As it turned out, they needed to replace the key cylinder which fortunately they had in stock. However that key cylinder was poorly made (poor quality control!) but Eric and another gentleman (the parts manager) did not give up. On top of that, the tool they needed to remove the steering column was missing from the Shop tools.They improvised as no parts store or dealership in town had one. They were able to figure out how to remove the column and the parts guy ground down the key cylinder just enough so the key would turn solving the problem.They put it all back together and it worked! The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it was unfair for us to have to pay for wasted time because the proper tool was missing and that they had to take a poor quality part and grind it down to work. This was not our fault or responsibility! But they stuck to it and got us on the road again for a family event we came to SD for.We appreciate Pam and Erik and the parts man whom I did not get a name. More
