Warrenty Work I had a defective radio/nav/infotainment system from the factory. These guys bend over backwards to help me get it replaced. When the issue first appe I had a defective radio/nav/infotainment system from the factory. These guys bend over backwards to help me get it replaced. When the issue first appeared Kasee rushed my truck right in to get it diagnosed. Once the new radio/nav/infotainment system arrived she jockeyed around schedules to help get my truck in as soon as possible. I'm not sure who the service tech was that did the work, but they did great too. Good clean work done quickly and professionally. He got the OnStar and everything back up and online again too. Although Levi doesn't even work in the service, I believe he is a sales supervisor, he sat in the truck with me for about an hour even after the store closed to help talk to the people at SiriusXM to get my SiriusXM subscription switched over to the new radio in my truck. These guys and gals went above and beyond to exceed expectations! Always helpful and polite, and really went the extra mile! More
