Vera Cadillac - Service Center

It takes two weeks to reach a tech. When I came to service last time for a seat belt install I waited their two hours and then they told me the part was damaged. I went to another Cadillac dealer they got the part the next day install 30 minutes, Vera never even call me back that's not acceptable I'll never come there for service or purchase again Me or my friends.
