I’m from Cudjoe Key & I was seek Peña. Leo wanted to let you know how awesome Mike Crato is as he went above and beyond for me yesterday & today. I’m from Cudjoe Key & I was seeking input from a GMC Dealership to possibly do service on my 2017 GMC Acadia Limited. Mike took down all my information and consulted with your Transmission Specialist Luis Martinez to see what he thought was the necessary repairs were. Mike just called and gave me the ‘best explanation’ of my vehicle situation that I have ever experienced in my 66 yrs on the planet, lol. After owning 16 GMC/GM vehicles, with very excellent results, Mike let me know what Luis explanation to him in detail, which wasn’t the best news I was wishing for. However, I am 100% relieved to have had such remarkable conversations with Mike Crato, that I know what I need to do to fix my Acadia. All of this over the phone. Just wanted to let you know, Leo; and, any potential customers on here checking reviews in your area, to ask for Mike Crato when you go into Vera Buick/GMC, because he will tell it to you straight up… Rare.
