I want to express my gratitude for the remarkable service I received over at Vera. Michael Crato was my service consultant and from day 1 when he checked my 2020 GMC terrain in for the electrical issues with I received over at Vera. Michael Crato was my service consultant and from day 1 when he checked my 2020 GMC terrain in for the electrical issues with the radio he kept me informed and up to date as to what the issues where and what the service technician was doing to my vehicle. He extended my courtesy rental that Vera provided up until the vehicle was 100% completed. Michael contacted me every single day at approximately the same time to give me updates. I knew from that moment that my vehicle was in good hands and I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Over the 35 plus years I have had service done at multiple dealerships and let me just say, Vera was THE best and that is all thanks to Michael Crato. I can not thank you enough. Radio works perfect now!!! More
