(This is the Dealership where we had initially pu A TOP NOTCH SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! Recently took my 2004 Highlander in for its 100,000 mile service. (This is the Dealership where we had initially purchased the vehicle). When i made the appointment, I asked for a loaner. I arrived at my appointed time and was readily greeted, they knew I was coming and were prepared. I was treated with much respect and was loaned a newer model Camry, an excellent vehicle. The service keeps getting better! This was the 20,000 mile service for my Prius. The interface with the dealership is the person we the public deal with. I had an appointment so Carlo took me in right away. I barely finished my coffee and doughnut when the service was complete. I strongly recommend this dealership (and Carlo for service) and would not hesitate to send a friend or family member to buy a toyota or service a Toyota at this dealership. More
Service department exceeded my expectations!!! I took my 2015 Tundra into Ventura Toyota because I had been experiencing a rattle in the right side dash area that seemed to be getting louder, and I took my 2015 Tundra into Ventura Toyota because I had been experiencing a rattle in the right side dash area that seemed to be getting louder, and louder. This had been going on for about a month. I wanted to see if they could find and eliminate the rattle. Rafael and Scott said they had test drove the vehicle, and couldn't hear the rattle. I drove my truck with Rafael in the passenger seat, and neither of us could hear the rattle. I then drove the vehicle around the block again, and the rattle was there. It seemed to be coming from the cover underneath the glove compartment. Rafael suggested that he put felt on all the contact points, which he did. We took it for another test drive, and the rattle was still there. Rafael put more felt on the cover. Took it for a 3rd test drive, and rattle was still there. Rafael then put felt patches on the inside of the cover to dampen the rattling, which it did. Problem solved. In my opinion, Rafael went above and beyond what I ecpect a dealership to do for a customer. I am very happy with Rafael, Scott, and Ventura Toyota. More

Great deal and excellent service. I'm a repeat customer. I took my 2013 Prius C in for maintenance which they accomplished in less than an hour. I then looked at new Prius C's and found one I liked. There was no pressure, no hassles, and no price gouging. I compared prices and this dealership ranked at the top. Of course it is important to have my new Prius serviced at the dealership, so I was hoping the service department would be as good as the sales department. It was even better than than I could imagine, especially compared to service departments I had seen in the past 30 to 40 years of car ownership. This quality of service has been consistent for three times so far. I hope it will be this good for many years to come! More

I recommend Ventura Toyota! I have purchased many Toyota vehicles at Ventura Toyota. I keep coming back for more. I have had several family members purchase as well. It is nice to walk on the lot and know the salespeople and them say hello instead of jumping on me.. I tell my friends that are looking to buy they should at least give Ventura Toyota a try. Most buy.... Service is really good. I work with Kevin Hurlic. He is as good as it gets. He has helped me maintain our 2 Toyotas for years. Parts department is friendly too. I just went in for a part today and actually forgot it. One of the team members ran it out to me while I was getting into my FJ.. That goes above and beyond. More
