I spoke to Cory on the phone and he told me to bring it back up and they would do everything they could to get rid of the smell. He also patiently answered all the other questions that I had concerning warranties etc...And this was AFTER I bought the car. He even told me that if I felt like buying the extended warranty was a mistake, that he would give me a full refund on it. As much as I hate buying "used" from a dealer, these people tried to make it as painless as possible. I would buy from them again. More

There were multiple options on many of the cars that let us really see what we liked and didn't like. The only downside was the length of time to finalize the transaction, get the car cleaned and ready to go, etc. It was difficult with our three very small children, but other than that it was a great experience. We would recommend them to family and friends! More

Never again Bought a Honda Accord in April. All I can say is be careful and read the contract like you don't trust them. Many things that I was charged were never Bought a Honda Accord in April. All I can say is be careful and read the contract like you don't trust them. Many things that I was charged were never orally disclosed. Things to watch for are warranty charges, dealer prep, and insurance for theft (who needs this). I received two warranties. One was for bumper to bumper mechanical coverage and one was for a leather coverage. I was told I would receive the leather coverage for free. I was charged for both a total of $1,794. I tried to cancel all warranties. Was given the run around. Finally spoke to a Corey and I thought my cancellation process had begun. I called my bank on numerous occasions and was told they had not received a check. Talked to Velocity and they said it takes up to 6 weeks for them to receive money from the warranty company. If they really have a warranty company. Why would they need a warranty company? They probably just deal with each problem as it comes along and what they charge is instant profit. Well, it took over 6 weeks for them to send the bank a check. The check was for a little over $1200. So the bottom line, is they don't even live up to their contract. I would take them to court, but time is money. I will put my efforts into writing as many of these reviews as I can. More

Great Buying Experience - Go Here First! We had a great experience at Velocity Auto Sales. Everyone we worked with was amazing. They were not there to put you through the ringer and pressure We had a great experience at Velocity Auto Sales. Everyone we worked with was amazing. They were not there to put you through the ringer and pressure you in any way. They let you manage the buying process. We went in to test drive a specific vehicle. They were quick to greet us, find out what we needed and then they practically ran out the door to grab it and serve us. We took it for a ride, found a few things we didn’t like. When we took it back they asked how it was. We let them know what we thought. They immediately had it in to the mechanics to take a look and determine what the problem was. While that was being done we had to ask them about other models and prices. After a while they came back and reported what they had found on the car we had drove and let us know that they would fix it. We ended up buying a different car from them, but were so impressed with the way they were there to serve us instead of throwing you a deal that was designed to take advantage of you. Financing was also a great experience. We asked them about the rate that the bank provided and instead of just telling us that’s the way it is, they called every contact they had and even waited on hold with them in order to get us a better rate. Velocity is a great dealer; I definitely would recommend anyone to buy from them. They specialize in lease returns and rental car sales. More
