Overall, I have been very pleased with the service dept and staff. I did have one miscommunication recently with a team member based on scheduling an appointment. However, that was quickly resolved by Bran and staff. I did have one miscommunication recently with a team member based on scheduling an appointment. However, that was quickly resolved by Brandon in Service. He apologized for any mishap and IMMEDIATELY got my vehicle in for Service. Brandon was quick to react, quick to confirm that I was content and followed up with me during the process with updates and time frames. He is very knowledgeable and accurately predicted what he thought would be needed, and then made sure to update me and proceed to have everything taken care of right away. Both my wife and I have been in touch with Brandon over the past few years and he is ALWAYS ready to help. He is a true asset for the dealership....and for the customer!
