We had the most wonderful experience @ Varsity Lincoln in Novi Mi. After 29 years, our old car finally died! We met Sam, who assisted us in the purchase of a previously owned Escape. It was past the end of the day, but Sam stayed and took care of us. My Son needed to return on Monday to pick up our new plate. I thought, hey! I have a ride home, so I decided to bring my car in for service. It needed a lot of work. This is where I met Terri. Once again, the folks @ Varsity took great care of me!
