Poor Salesmanship I would never recommend this dealership to anyone due to the fact, that my sales rep Michael Cash sold my car right from under me as if I didn't matte I would never recommend this dealership to anyone due to the fact, that my sales rep Michael Cash sold my car right from under me as if I didn't matter. It was quite disheartening. I chose another vehicle I would be interested in 2014 Lincoln MKZ hybrid Sunset it was listed at 18,999 he didn't want to negotiate any lower. Now I see it for under the price I wanted it for it is not being listed for 17,999. I am pissed I was approved and have been waiting for them to call me to accept my offer, have I gotten a call yet, xxxx naw. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I did go to another dealer Bob Maxey and found the very same vehicle 2014 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid love it. Highly recommend Bob Maxey over Varsity in Novi. More

Not honest. I had saleperson Jim Montroy - used car Salesman I found good price for used car in this dealership. When I called and spoke to dealer - used car manager - Jerry and asked for price to be adjusted - I found good price for used car in this dealership. When I called and spoke to dealer - used car manager - Jerry and asked for price to be adjusted - he answered - NO. OK. Price was competitive I sent my husband to this dealership, and asked for plate to pay additional $10 for State Park. When I received my plate for my car nothing was paid for state park, I called to my Salesman Jim Montroy. He Promised me to check and call me back. He didn't call. I called again and left him a message. Never received any call from anybody. Two weeks after I found the same car (2 miles away) another dealership with lower mileage and price was $1500 lower. What a shame! More

Due to a major accident on the freeway on my way to pick up my new car, I ended up being delayed 2 hours & didnt make it to the dealership until a few minutes before they closed. Andy stayed late & still took time to go over everything I needed to know before I drove off the lot! Couldn't ask for better service! More

Don't know how to fix a car under warranty!!!!!!
