He was so belittling to me, and thought it was a good sales tactic to keep calling me a "smart girl", Was I suppose to be a stupid girl? Does he tell men how smart they are when they ask a question? Anyways, because I did not finance with them (i went through my bank) Steve was weirdly more interested in selling an extended warranty, that he wanted me to pay cash for, then he was selling me the actual MKX. I could go on about how sexually discriminated I felt, which I have never felt before, but at this point it won't change anything. I walked out with a $33,000 check in my hand and no one seemed to bat an eye. Varsity Lincoln seems more interested in making money now then investing in a recurring customer. I complained and received a voice mail from the sales manager, but that's all I got, a voicemail. He gave me his personal cell phone #, but never answered when I called, and his voicemail was a women's voice, how disgusting!. Ladies, if they have a Lincoln you want, bring a man to represent you!!!! More

Poor Salesmanship I would never recommend this dealership to anyone due to the fact, that my sales rep Michael Cash sold my car right from under me as if I didn't matte I would never recommend this dealership to anyone due to the fact, that my sales rep Michael Cash sold my car right from under me as if I didn't matter. It was quite disheartening. I chose another vehicle I would be interested in 2014 Lincoln MKZ hybrid Sunset it was listed at 18,999 he didn't want to negotiate any lower. Now I see it for under the price I wanted it for it is not being listed for 17,999. I am pissed I was approved and have been waiting for them to call me to accept my offer, have I gotten a call yet, xxxx naw. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I did go to another dealer Bob Maxey and found the very same vehicle 2014 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid love it. Highly recommend Bob Maxey over Varsity in Novi. More
