Terrible customer service Every time our lease is up, I dread dealing with our agent. It gets harder and harder to get a call back. I called him a few months ago and told him we wanted to turn in lease early, he said he would run a few numbers and call me back. Never did. Then I call the dealership and they tell me I have to setup an appointment. WHAT! Its 2017. No one wastes hours at a dealership, you get me a quote and if I agree, I come in to test drive or to sign the paperwork. What kind of customer service are they providing. Then, after contacting another dealer for a quote, I was told that what we're paying now is about $60 more than we should be paying. Terrible customer service and dont do anything for loyal customers. Dont shop here. More
