Above and Beyond I had my Lincoln MKC into Varsity Lincoln for a minor issue the day before Thanksgiving. I inadvertently left my key fob there and didn't discover it I had my Lincoln MKC into Varsity Lincoln for a minor issue the day before Thanksgiving. I inadvertently left my key fob there and didn't discover it missing until the next day. On Friday I called QuickLane Advisor Terrilynn Legal to inquire about my lost fob. Even though it was her day off she contacted her manager Mark Checcobelli. Mark called me on Monday to apologize for not getting back to me over the hectic post-holiday weekend, but assured me the search for my missing fob was on. He soon called back to say they had located the fob and he would have a shuttle driver deliver it to my home. I had my fob within the hour. Both Terrilynn and Mark exhibited a commitment to customer satisfaction that goes above and beyond the call of duty, and this review is their thanks. I would highly recommend Varsity Lincoln to anyone interested in exceptional quality and unmatched service. More

My New Lincoln MKX Black Label This has been the BEST car purchase experience I have ever had. I had the best customer service from the entire dealership. Larry Porter was excellent as well as everyone else I encountered. I came multiple times as I could not find what I was looking for due to the 2019 vehicles getting ready to be release. I started the the basic MKX, then the Reserve, and decided to go with the Black Label! What a treat this is, top of the line EVERYTHING!!! I love the car, smooth ride, great acceleration, and the price was right. I will only purchase a Lincoln from here on out. Keep up the great work guys, you all are awesome!!! More

Brian Billings is a cocky, arrogate, jerk who made my boyfriend and I feel like we’re criminals while we attempted to look for a new Lincoln. We were driving the parking lot of Vasity and although there were plenty of employees walking around no one greeted us, nor did they come out when we were taking pictures of a certain MKZ that we liked the color of but didn’t have the package we wanted. We drove over to their body shop parking lot where they have “overflow” of new inventory and then headed back to the main building to do another pass, we were leaving when we noticed the back lot behind/beside the store so we parked in the Sams Club parking lot and preceded to walk into this lot. The first car I walked up to happened to be unlocked I opened the door not really on purpose just out of habit of feeling the door handles. I closed the door almost immediately without even touching anything inside the car, and moved on. At some point I received an email for work and looked down at my phone to reply, an employee from the dealership approached my boyfriend and asked “did you need something”, he replied that we were just looking around and then the employee said “he was opening doors” looking at me. I replied that yes I opened one car door and they said they were closed, that we couldn’t be here and needed to leave, and that I shouldn’t open car doors. He then went out to our car proceeded to call someone and read off our license plate of our 2011 MKZ and watch as we drove off. Would this have happened if we were in our Black Label Continental that we just returned as we wait for the Aviator? A) it’s a dealership cars are meant to be looked at B) it was maybe 6:15 and the dealership closed at 6 so had someone come up to us before we might have known C) if we aren’t supposed to be somewhere typically there is a gate or signage stating this. D) I am a 29 year old man walking around with my 27 year old boyfriend I was not doing anything harmful. We started walking back to our car and another employee whispered “you shouldn’t be here” as we walked by. If this is customer service we’ll gladly take our business to Hines Park who is always helpful and also has a full fledged gate cordoning off the inventory they don’t want the public to have access to. More
