Extraordinary Customer Service I am so pleased with the professional, courtesy and good service I experienced. My vehicle was brought in because the engine light was constantly on. I am so pleased with the professional, courtesy and good service I experienced. My vehicle was brought in because the engine light was constantly on. What my advisor found (Brandon) was that squirrels had made a nest in my vehicle near the battery and had chewed on the wires. Holy Smoke..I didn't know this could happen! Brandon explained that it is not uncommon but he would be able to service my vehicle and advised me on how to protect it in the future. My car was clean and sanitized.and promised on time. NOW that is service! BRAVO!! More

Best in Class I just bought my 3rd Lincoln Navigator with Jere Law at Varsity Lincoln last week. I consider myself an educated shopper, and will do my research bef I just bought my 3rd Lincoln Navigator with Jere Law at Varsity Lincoln last week. I consider myself an educated shopper, and will do my research before I sign on the bottom line. I have no problem traveling 200 miles plus for the best deal and right car for me. But there is no need to travel far, because fortunately, I found the best in the business in Jere Law at Varsity Lincoln. Here is what separates Jere and the Varsity Lincoln staff. 1) Jere knows the car business better than anyone I encountered - Jere's business acumen is off the charts and will take the time to find me the right car at the right value. 2) Jere cuts to the chase - No soft sells, No hard closes, No cheeseball car-lot guy stories. Jere gets me what I need, and then his service team takes care of everything to make sure I am treated like royalty. 3) Varsity Lincoln has the power to get the inventory to their customers - Other dealerships put you on a waitlist for months, then try to talk you into a different car. Varsity Lincoln takes care of their customers. I referred four other of my friends this past year, and all were very impressed with the ease, professionalism, and reverence that Varsity Lincoln puts into their customers. We could not come to an agree Apathetic and Incompetent Very Disappointing Experience Met sales person Jud. Set up a test drive and made an offer. We could not come to an agreement. Waited two weeks and I came back with a counter offer. Jud spoke to sales manager and said we have a deal. On the day of the pick up got a call from Jud they had already sold the car prior to my agreement. What?! I had sent them a credit card number for a $500 down payment (they did not use the card), sent them insurance paper work and Dealer Funding Request, then on day of the pick up I get the call, no deal. I got a "sorry" from Jud, no call from a manager and no attempt or effort to make the situation right. Pros - Met with me and called me when they said they would -Appeared to be a nice car Cons - Sold me a car they had already sold - Nothing but a "sorry" from sales person - No contact from management - No effort to correct the situation - Apathetic about the time and money this situation cost me. Be aware it seems they feel that they have to obligations if they fail on their part of the deal. More
