Having totaled out her 3 yr old Escape, my sister-in-law was in need of a suitable replacement. I located 3 possibles at Varsity. Before we could enter the Used Car Dept. we were warmly greeted by Sam Jamoua. He empathized with her situation and went to work locating the 3 MkCs [all CPO]. After allowing her to test-drive & explaining the features, she was able to decide on the right one. She picked it up the next day after a smooth paper-work & delivery process. Many thanks to GSM Jere Law for his genuine concern & assistance in getting my S-I-L back on the road in a beautiful Lincoln. More

My husband of 37 years suddenly died. Lincoln Financial would not expedite the transfer equity process for the automobile that I drove which was in my husband’s name. My husband’s birthday was two weeks ou would not expedite the transfer equity process for the automobile that I drove which was in my husband’s name. My husband’s birthday was two weeks out before I was informed that the equity transfer process took 4-6 weeks to finalize and I would have no transportation. I decided the only solution was to purchase a vehicle in my name. I tried to buy the lease from Lincoln Financial and was turned down. After losing my husband and my future as we had planned it, I could not bear another loss, but I looked for another vehicle anyway and could not get comfortable with them. I tried a BMW, Mercedes, a Nissan SUV and another Lincoln model. None of them felt comfortable to me. The loss of the car that my husband leased for me was not something that I could bare to loss at this time. I loved the model, colors both interior and exterior. I went to my previous Lincoln dealership and requested the same car. They told me that they did not have one in inventory and the only similar one that they had was FWD. I live in Michigan and I needed was an AWD of the same model, make, and colors interior and exterior. My mom told me that she had gone online and that I should check out Varsity Lincoln in Novi. I did not want to travel that far, so I went to carguru.com and the Lincolns that I saw were in the right price range and it appeared as though they had some like mine. I typed in an interest and received a call from Linda. I shared my story and existing issue and timeline crisis. She told me that she would look in their inventory and see if they had something in the color combinations that I was looking for and would have someone contact me. I received a text message that day with a possibility and the name of Wael Mouzahem as the Sales Specialist that would assist me. Wael called me that day and shared with me that they had a car with the color combination but a different model. He said that he would hold for me if I could come out no later than tomorrow. I agreed, and the next day after work I traveled out there running late, but he waited for me. He showed me the model which was beautiful but it did not feel right. He showed me another and it did feel right. So, Wael told me that he would find my car for me. He called me in a day and a half and told me that he found it and gave me the price. He told me that he'd have it in two days. I went to pick up my car in my name in two days. I was just like my car which my husband got for me, but it was a newer model. He allowed me to transfer my things from the old car to the new and I felt so at peace. Although I was unable to keep the original, he hunted down the car that I could peacefully transition into. I was one less adjustment after all of the adjustments that come with losing a spouse. I am forever grateful to Linda and Wael for their understanding and support during the most traumatic moment in my life. I was initially sold on purchasing Lincolns because of the quality service provided as a Lincoln owner at no additional cost, but now I will drive all the way to Novi to purchase my next Lincoln when that time comes. God bless each and every one of you with peace and prosperity. More

Great dealer. Bought 3 cars there so far and I would not go anywhere else for a Lincoln. Professional, friendly, great selection and no typical dealer games. Jim Montroy made purchasing a used vehicle an awesome experience. Literally, within 2 hours, if that, we looked for a car on the lot and purchased one, that easy! Believe it or not, buying a car was not experience. Literally, within 2 hours, if that, we looked for a car on the lot and purchased one, that easy! Believe it or not, buying a car was not on our list of things to do that day! We love the car and super impressed with sales staff and dealership! More
RACIST ESTABLISHMENT I’m for one shocked and don’t know whether to be sad or angry. THIS PLACE IS HATEFUL and I dare to even say racist. They did a faulty job on my breaks I’m for one shocked and don’t know whether to be sad or angry. THIS PLACE IS HATEFUL and I dare to even say racist. They did a faulty job on my breaks and as a resolution, they fixed the brakes for free. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was shocked to see that my windshield was cracked right down the center from top to bottom. The worst part is, I smelled a funny smell in my car and couldn’t locate it. I have a catch bin that slides between below the side of the passenger’s set and the median. I went to locate the putrid smell after a few days and was shocked to find THEY LEFT VOMIT IN MY CAR. Some one had to have taken the bin out, threw up in it and slide it back into the passengers side where I’d be likely not to find it. NOW HERES WHY THEY ARE RACIST AND SICK on top of everything I had to endure, I allowed them to detail my car and fix the windshield. I at this point did not trust my car in their care. I get my car back and they labeled my car as the “POOP BROWN CAR” and my car is burgundy. I am in utter dismay that I have gotten this treatment, I have been nothing but kind to these folks even after terrible after terrible treatment, it only gets WORSE. The only thing brown about my car and I is ME. I am brown, I am disgusted to have this treatment after my mom being a Ford employee for 30 years, I went the Henry Ford Academy inside the Henry Ford Museum itself, I was born at Henry Ford Hospital and this is how they treat me? If you have decency, do not support this establishment. Original Review: I have so many issues with this place, first being that they are absolutely full of it. Don't trust them, they don't keep their word and they will lie to you. 1. I went to get my brake replaced, the issue was with my brake booster, yet the charged me $320 to change my brake pads with a service fee of $200 to CHANGE MY BRAKES. I received a call stating I should have my rotors cut but to cut back cost they weren't going to do it. Guess what they did? CUT MY ROTORS. THEY DID A FAULTY AND TERRIBLE JOB. Do not, I REPEAT DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE. 2. I obviously had to take my car back because they did a faulty job on my brakes, DO YOU KNOW HOW DANGEROUS THAT IS? Then they tell me they're going to charge me $900 to change my brake booster. 3. No need in making an appointment, because your appointment time will not be met. Had I known that this experience with them would have been this terrible, I would've never gone here. You cannot trust their word nor their advice. The day I got my brakes changed, you could tell the did a faulty job! I called Jen, my service rep, to tell her they did a faulty job and she asked me a few questions to see if it was the brake booster, if they would've tested their work after the replacement they should have automatically known!!!!!! The brakes were to hard to even press on and made a loud hissing noise on the inside and even a squeak if I could manage to actually press on them. I repeat don't ever take your car here. More
