I have had service done at Varsity Lincoln in the past and have always had good service there, so I decided to look through their online inventory while considering a new purchase. One just so happened to catch my eye so I headed in the following morning. I met with Jere (general manager), Mario (sales), and Stephen (financing). They were nothing short of friendly, kind and professional. Jere quickly became someone who I adore, he's a very genuine and wholesome gentleman who took great care of me as well as my family. Mario and Stephen were enjoyable to speak with and both had me laughing almost instantly. My experience was complete but also timely. I test drove the vehicle, decided to purchase it and headed over to financing to review my options. I was in and out within a little more than an hour; I was able to trade in my old vehicle and drove away in my new car. I noticed shortly after leaving that there was one speaker that was blown...no worries there! I called Jere and let him know and he set me up with an appointment to get it replaced. I have purchased a handful of vehicles in my lifetime, but I must say this dealership is top notch. This is a place that you will go once and will always go back to for future purchases. Varsity Lincoln and their staff treat their customers more like family instead of clients. I highly recommend this dealership! More

I am a first time buyer, and didn't have a specific dealer in mind when shopping around. I came across Varsity's website, looked through some of their inventory using filters, and came across the 2020 dealer in mind when shopping around. I came across Varsity's website, looked through some of their inventory using filters, and came across the 2020 Ford Fusion SE. I was skeptical at first about the car because it's a Ford, and all my friends were telling me I shouldn't get it. Obviously they didn't know what they were talking about, because this Ford kicks butt. I love it. It has low miles and the previous driver loaned it out, getting maintenance done on it frequently. This would be my 3rd car, that isn't a hand-me-down, and it's very nice. It's comfortable, has a nice modern interior, climate control, and other neat features. My salesman was Sam Jamoua. Sam was kind and understanding throughout the process, from start to finish. Initially I had some concerns about my ability to go through with the sale, but Sam assured/convinced me that this was a deal I couldn't pass up. I took the deal and have no regrets. I would strongly recommend Sam to other customers. I also worked with Michael Maltese for information on my payment and questions relating to the vehicles warranty. Michael is great at what he does. He's very kind just like Sam, and listens to your questions or concerns, providing detailed answers. He seemed passionate about his position, as well as customer satisfaction. More
