My oil change and key battery change went so smoothly. Rachel was the kindest and most efficient rep I’ve encountered there. Brought in a 2006 Lincoln Town Car with some issues and she took back the vehicle an Best customer service I’ve ever received ! Rachel is amazing 🤩! Brought in a 2006 Lincoln Town Car with some issues and she took back the vehicle and repaired the problem, and within 30 MINUTES I was out the door! Mario was great to work with during the purchase process. Out of state buyers should be aware that Varsity Lincoln uses a third party to handle the registration part of the sale. I took my car to Varsity Lincoln for an oil change and a few other minor things today. The service was great starting with Bill Hardin who made everything happen, Rudy and Amy and the body shop, the ladies few other minor things today. The service was great starting with Bill Hardin who made everything happen, Rudy and Amy and the body shop, the ladies in the cashier area who had my car brought to me, and ending with a friendly hand shake from Pat Stevens the Service Manager, who I haven’t seen in what seems like years. My wife usually takes our cars in but Pat did remember me by name. We have leased all of our cars from Varsity since they opened 30 years ago and always take them there for any service. More
