As a returning Varsity customer I recently had a terrible experience trying to schedule my vehicle for recall service. Until this, Varsity had always provided top-notch service but they must no longer need experience trying to schedule my vehicle for recall service. They did not live up to their sales pitch for door to door service which is a standard Lincoln courtesy, nor would they accommodate timely service so that I could wait while it was being completed.
