My wife and I have never received a customer service experience like we have a Varsity Lincoln. From the initial contact over the internet, getting all of the information that I needed, before driving 8 experience like we have a Varsity Lincoln. My Sales Specialist, Sam Jamoua was very knowledgeable and friendly. He provided the best experience possible. We also met the General Manager, Jere Law who made sure that our visit was going great. Finally the Business Manager, Stephen Elzein who made sure we knew the ins and outs of our new vehicle and warranty. They all made sure purchasing my Lincoln MKZ was a great experience. I was looking for a used vehicle to purchased with my husband and Jere Law worked closely with my husband to find the right car for me. Recently I moved from California and I wanted an AWD vehicle that w husband and Jere Law worked closely with my husband to find the right car for me. Jere went above and beyond and found a 2020 Ford Escape AWD that was within our budget. I was very impressed with how clean the vehicle looked it almost looked like a brand new vehicle and had a fresh set of tires as well. We purchased a MKZ over the weekend at Varsity Lincoln and we're very pleased with our experience! Sam was our salesman and was very friendly and personable.
