We had issues with our Lincolnway app and were planning to make an appointment with the service department to have someone look at it. But no one from the service department would return the two voice mail to make an appointment with the service department to have someone look at it. But no one from the service department would return the two voice mails we left for them. So we took a chance and drove to the dealership. We were fortunate to see Tom the "Sync Guy" in service.
