I brought my car home from Varsity Lincoln in Novi, and found some things I hadn’t noticed earlier. They were primarily cosmetic issues. I Contacted my sales representative, Lana, sent her some pictures thinking she’d say the warranty didn’t cover them. I was wrong. Lana said they’d take care of it! The GM Jere contacted me to introduce himself, offer an apology and make arrangements to drop off a loaner and pick my car up the next day. The service level is simply outstanding. More
