I'm not upset. I'm just a bit confused... According to the invoice, and to some degree, the inspection sheet, my oil change was completed at 2:11pm, yet I sit in th I'm just a bit confused... According to the invoice, and to some degree, the inspection sheet, my oil change was completed at 2:11pm, yet I sit in that waiting room until 4:28pm? Why did I have to remain in that waiting room for over two extra hours after my car was serviced? I could have watched Judge Judy at home and not there... It makes no senses. The service rep did acknowledged that they were very busy and he did apologize for the long wait. However, he still failed to mention that, even though my car was completed within 30 minutes from the point I arrived, I still had to wait unnecessarily for 2 additional hours for no reason at all.. Again, Im not upset, I'm just a bit confused as to why....? More

I had a wonderful experience with my car purchase, I was prepared with my 14 year old trade in. The first vehicle we teste drove was a little small for my husband to get in and out of, so we went to the ne prepared with my 14 year old trade in.
