I am a 1st time Certified Pre-Owned Lincoln buyer. Lincoln's 100,000 mile bumper to bumper 6 yr warranty seems like the best in the industry. It even Includes tires & wheels. I brought my car home from Varsity Lincoln in Novi, and found some things I hadn’t noticed earlier. They were primarily cosmetic issues. I Contacted my sales representative, Lana, sent her some pictures thinking she’d say the warranty didn’t cover them. I was wrong. Lana said they’d take care of it! The GM Jere contacted me to introduce himself, offer an apology and make arrangements to drop off a loaner and pick my car up the next day. The service level is simply outstanding. More

The Varsity Collision Center repainted the hood and front bumper on my Porsche Panamera , freeing it of the the stone chips it had accumulated. We had issues with our Lincolnway app and were planning to make an appointment with the service department to have someone look at it. But no one from the service department would return the two voice mail to make an appointment with the service department to have someone look at it. But no one from the service department would return the two voice mails we left for them. So we took a chance and drove to the dealership. We were fortunate to see Tom the "Sync Guy" in service.
