Took car in for oil and tire rotation and was informed there was two outstanding recalls camera and epa sticker, sticker was done already and I would schedule camera work after new year. Was told oil and there was two outstanding recalls camera and epa sticker, sticker was done already and I would schedule camera work after new year. Was told oil and tire would take 1 hr, came back in an hour they had went ahead to perform camera repair after telling them I would schedule for later waited another hour for them to finish work. Pre work I had requested a new drivers wiper was qouted price and said go ahead at checkout found wiper was not done. Was not interested in waiting again for safety item I requested to be done. My morning messed up by doing work not requested and not doing what was requested (wiper, safety item). More
