Will not stand behind their sale I can only give one star as I am very disappointed with my expierience. I purchased a truck here and thought I had purchased a quality used vehicle. The check engine light came on 10 mins after leaving the dealership. Upon getting the check engine light checked out, it was also brought to my attention that I have an exhaust leak. The check engine light turned out to be the catalytic converter. I knew Titans had a history of exhaust manifold leaks when I test drove and even asked, the salesman told me the truck had been to the exhaust shop already to make sure it didn't have an exhaust leak. This dealership, obviously to me, cleared the check engine light just before I bought the truck and didn't fix the problem. I find it a very odd coincidence that the light came on 10 mins after I left. I took the truck back to the dealership and very politely asked the dealership to stand behind their sale and make my somewhat minor repairs. They would not stand behind anything and sent me away with a truck that I just bought that already needs repairs. They are absolutely within their rights, but I feel like they "got me" on this one... beware. More

The truck did not have a key fob for remote entry and the sales manager, Mitch, went out of his way to get one for me. I am very happy with the truck and my experience at the dealership. In fact, after stating that I use Truliant bank I would have thought that your finance office would have shopped there first. I went to Truliant Credit Union to do some other banking on Saturday 4/18/2015 after purchasing your vehicle earlier in the week. What a suprise that they were offering 2.9% dfor a 2009 vehicle ratherthan the 6.4% you "got" me. I am very disappointed and will address this further next week at the dealership. More
