No pressure salesmen. Went to other area Chevy Dealers that did not have the selection to choose from and they had pushy and one even had a rude salesman. I had a teriffic experience with Wayne Davenport and Vann Gannaway. Wayne went above and beyond to make my experience better than I could have imagined. He even put a special FSU pinstrip on my new SUV to pe Gannaway. Wayne went above and beyond to make my experience better than I could have imagined. This was my first time dealing with this dealership. I have dealt with many other dealers,but done as friendly as this one. I was greeted by Rick on Friday, he spent about 45 minutes with me, knowing I wa have dealt with many other dealers,but done as friendly as this one. I was greeted by Rick on Friday, he spent about 45 minutes with me, knowing I was not going to buy right away. He showed me the car I was interested in and gave me a good description of it. I left and came home and done some more research and decided to go ahead and get pre-qualified. At that time Rick contacted me and was also very friendly and helpful. I told him that I had talked to Rick about a Cruze, so he said that he would have Rick call me. When Rick called he took the time to work up deal and called me back in about 30 minutes. At that time I told Rick tha my wife and I would be in on Sat. so she could look at the c Cruze, Rick told me he would not be there but Joe would be talking to my wife and I. When we took the Cruze out for a test drive my wife decicded she wanted something larger, We next drove a Malibu, she was happy with it, but wanted to test drive a HHR. She didn't like the HHR well enough to change from the Malibu. At this time we found out Joe was also dealing with another customer that was buying two cars and that it would be about 2 hours before we could close on oue car, Joe suggested we take the Malibu and go home and get lunch and rest a little. When we got back, everyting went smoothly, they prepped the car, we signed the papers and thought that was it. But we found out that Joe was still going to spend another 15-20 minutes explaining OnStar and the radio to us. When we left the dealer we was very well pleased with Joe and everyone else that we talked to. Overall it was a great day. More
I was on vacation during and the transmission failed on my 2008 Chevy Avalanche for the second time. I could no longer trust this vehicle to meet my needs. I researched the area dealerships, looked up po my 2008 Chevy Avalanche for the second time. I could no longer trust this vehicle to meet my needs. I researched the area dealerships, looked up potential replacements and decided to go to Van Gannaway. The service manager directed me to Wayne Davenport. Wayne did an excellent job of finding out what my needs were and directing my to a new Chevy Silverado which had more towing capacity than the Avalanche. I am very pleased with the new truck and looking forward to finishing my vacation throughout Florida. More

Very good service, we have been coming to Vann Gannaway for 7 years and we have always had very good service. Never any problems at all. The only thing that I would like to have is when we get the oil ch for 7 years and we have always had very good service. Never any problems at all. Each time we purchased vehicles from Wayne, he has provided expert knowledge of the vehicles, an easy going friendly style which eliminates sales pressure, and helps our family transition to the new vehicles in a very timely and professional manner. Our last purchase was actually made only after Wayne called to tell us about a great truck that might fit our son's needs. After Wayne described the vehicle on the phone, I was hooked. It was just what Wayne and I had discussed several months before. Wayne is the kind of Salesman that listens to his customers, makes them feel like the best of friends, and is always helpful, even years after the sale.
