Just one example of this is assisting me with the test drive and sale of the vehicle with a one year old... He came to our house, allowed me to do the test drive with patience and grace. When I told him I needed to return a defective vehicle I purchased from another dealership and would be left without transportation, he offered to pick me up and take me where I needed to go. His follow up was phenomenal. Even though the vehicle was not meant to be, I will be referring him to my dearest friends and colleagues as I have 110% trust that they will be in the best of hands. It was very easy to purchase a new vehicle through this dealership. We received a notification that they had some new cars in stock and we went to look and found one that suited our price range and made th dealership. They offer some interesting new "bonuses" when you buy a new car and use this app for tracking your cars important milestones. Even the paperwork had been reduced to everything being placed on a convient little USB drive! The sales guy was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with and the financing dept was super easy to breeze through. More

He was always cheerful, patient at answering all my questions without making me feel put off, and very informative about the car's features--even showing me features about which I didn't know to ask. I appreciated that he was funny and not aggressive or pushy, but really listened to what I was looking for in a car. I asked him to keep me informed about inventory and he did as promised. Overall just a great personal vibe that impacted my experience. TBH, the dealership office looked a little sad and dingy, but I'm hoping that means they are using extra money to compensate their awesome employees like Will. I don't need fancy facilities, but I do want to know that my car will receive quality auto care and employees have good working conditions -- that would boost my confidence in bringing my vehicle back for maintenance and to invest in my relationship with a hometown dealership for my family.
