Thanks for responding. However, I will not be trying to contact Mike as I have did that before and his calls are screened as if he don’t want to talk to any customers. I am your customer and have been a Vandergriff customer for over 20 years and must say Toyota is the only Vandergriff dealership that I have had issues with. If Mike Book honestly want to help solve this issue and speak to me he knows how to reach me. I have been in his office before already about this issue. You all have all of my contact information. Thanks for taking time to respond to my concern and putting the issues back on me. Not sure what you all call customer service but this is not it.
