Called all over town looking for the new Tundra and got some great quotes but when I got there they always jacked up the price. Finally I called Kris Davis at Vandergriff and he assured me that there woul some great quotes but when I got there they always jacked up the price. Finally I called Kris Davis at Vandergriff and he assured me that there would be no surprises. Sure enough, everything was just as promised. They had a great selection, free maintenance for 2 years and a 7 year warranty. Great place to do business. More

I found a pre-owned 2013 Toyota Camry that I liked on Vandergrift Toyota website, called for a walk-around, and the agent I spoke with told me everything was okay. I relied on this information and went a Vandergrift Toyota website, called for a walk-around, and the agent I spoke with told me everything was okay. I relied on this information and went ahead to make a deposit for the vehicle. I drove 279 miles to the dealership on 10/17/13 to finalize the deal with a certified fund for the full amount to discover that everything the sales agent told me about the vehicle’s features (driver’s power seat) was missing. I spoke to sales manager, Robert and he spoke to me very rudely. I instantly requested to speak to the GM, he offered me another manager of same level instead. To cut the long story short, the deal fell apart when they couldn’t find me another vehicle with the feature I wanted, I even requested for lower year with that particular feature but none was in stock according to them. I was in the process of leaving the dealership when another sales manager Martin approached me to inform me of possibility of losing my $500 deposit. He was very defensive of everything I told him about the discussions I had with sales agent. As soon as I got back to my location, I shared my experience with the GM via email and my interest in another car but I didn’t receive any response until I made another call to the dealership on same brand with lower year. I had to drive another 279 miles to the dealership to purchase and no one, I repeat, no one deemed it fit to offer apology about the whole episode. The certificate of title that should have arrived three business days after cash payments according to them didn’t arrive. I made call to the dealership again on the fifth day to be informed that the lady had just finished working on it and would be overnight to my address. When I didn’t receive it on the seventh business day, I sent another email to the GM, and made several successful calls to the dealership, until someone finally callback to inform me a mistake the dealership made on the delivery address. As at the time of this feedback no one has called to least apologize for this kind of experience, not even their GM. Above all this dealership customer service is nothing to write home about, and will not recommend. More
