Service with a smile I brought in my vehicle due to my brakes squealing. Upon inspection, it was determined that there existed no service problem. After the sale...they still care!!!! Check engine light came illuminated on my 2007 Tundra Crewmax while driving back from a Fla....BTW..a great truck... I stopped at a mechanic in Shreve Check engine light came illuminated on my 2007 Tundra Crewmax while driving back from a Fla....BTW..a great truck... I stopped at a mechanic in Shreveport to get it checked..he Told me that the air induction pumps were malfunctioning and that it would cost me $3500 to repair. He said However, that Toyota had a program to repair this problem at no cost to the owner. I researched this on the net when we luckily made it home...found out that Toyota indeed recognized the issue and extended the warranty to 10 yrs or 150,000 miles just for this problem. I contacted Ryan Parker at Vandergriff and he assured me that the process was covered. Needless to say I am very pleased that Toyota stands behind its trucks and made this right. Ryan made sure everything was checked out and that all repairs were made. Thanks Ryan More
