My 200,000 mile maintenance I pulled up at 6:55 am. There were about 8 cars ahead of me. I got in and out within an hour! Very nice because I had to get to work. They stay on top of their customer issues so the customer to I just purchased a new Camry and purchased the vehicle theft protection. I forgot to bring the vehicle in to have the device installed. Excellent experience! I pulled into the service department and could quickly tell that they were busy. Through out that long hours, everyone kept their cool and our representative was helpful through out the whole process of finallizing the purchases in details. We end up purchasing two vehicles instead of one and was very pleased. More
