Sam Hamdan gave me the sales pitch but he was not aggressive and thus, I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited, however it made for a long day due to the finance person. I came with check in hand but the finance person tried to get a different two different companies to compete for a lower interest rate, which caused my credit score to received two additional hits and they would not finance me because I still owed for 1 car. I'd just paid off a car and gotten approved by a bank. This part was very frustrating. I was told that I would goto finance soon but I saw others go before me. Finally, someone named William worked it out so I could drive the car away. Sam was the true reason that I did not go else where. A co-worker had just been there and walked away because of the finance guy. Went the next day to another dealer ship and was awarded for their good credit and given a lower finance rate offer. Yes I recommend the dealer because of my experience with the sales group but if you have check in hand and or a good credit score but the finance guy that I had gives you a hard time, then you decide if the hassle is worth it. More

I purchase a new 2011 Sonata SE from Vandergriff over the internet and I have to say, the people at Vanderfgriff, especially Lee(Awesome Lady)and William(our saleman) were the friendliest and most courteous internet and I have to say, the people at Vanderfgriff, especially Lee(Awesome Lady)and William(our saleman) were the friendliest and most courteous people I have EVER purchased a vehicle from. Vandergriff had exactly what I was looking for and when we got there, it even had a spoiler added which was not included in the deal and they did make me a deal on it I couldn't refuse. I've had the SE now for just short of one year and I told Lee today(11/17/2011) that is is by far the best vehicle I have ever owned! I have reccommened a good friend of mine who is going out this weekend looking for a new vehicles to make sure he sees Lee at Vandergriff BEFORE they decide on whatever they purchase! I'm sure once they talk with Lee and she shows them the new 2012 SE, they will purchase it! I would reccommend this dealer to anyone because of the people there and their awesome service! More

It took some time, but in the end I got exactlly what I wanted with the payments I needed, and an interest rate that was far below my expectations! For the last 10 years Ive purchased all my cars from Jerry's in Weatherford and I always left after every purchase feeling that I could have gotten a better deal, and for the first time in my life I feel like someone was actually taking my interest seriously and not just trying to make a sale. I always pre-shop and negotiate on the internet and direct email to several dealers. Most respond poorly with auto messages. I received a quick and personal response from Alex. After I told him what I wanted I got a quick response from Lee because Alex was with a customer. Lee negotiated with me all day Saturday by email. I looked at available cars and colors on Sunday and changed my mind on what I wanted. Went to the dealership at 0830hrs Monday and asked for Lee. She came right out to meet me with Alex. I test drove the car I wanted with Alex and spent about 30 minutes negotiating price. We reached an agreement. After a wait - a little longer than I expected - I met with David (finance) and signed all the papers. Overall the experience took about 3 hours and could have been done in half that time, BUT it was still a very positive experience. I will be rating Lee, Alex and David with all "10's" for excellent service. I only hoped they will still be there when I go in to buy my next Hyundai. More

Dealer recently changed service personnel. Operator keeps putting incoming calls into the wrong voice mail box. Service personel have stolen handicapped placard on two occasions. I was very pleased with all aspects of this dealership except the financing department. A lower interest rate was made contingent on buying a weak extended warranty (1985.00) and a valueless, worthless ' except the financing department.
