For the last 10 years Ive purchased all my cars from Jerry's in Weatherford and I always left after every purchase feeling that I could have gotten a better deal, and for the first time in my life I feel like someone was actually taking my interest seriously and not just trying to make a sale. I tell any one who asks where i got this car, Vander griff. Thank you for all that you guys did for me, its nice to know that there is a company out there and people like David, who are willing to go that extra mile for a person. More

I always pre-shop and negotiate on the internet and direct email to several dealers. Most respond poorly with auto messages. I received a quick and personal response from Alex. After I told him what I wanted I got a quick response from Lee because Alex was with a customer. Lee negotiated with me all day Saturday by email. I looked at available cars and colors on Sunday and changed my mind on what I wanted. Went to the dealership at 0830hrs Monday and asked for Lee. She came right out to meet me with Alex. I test drove the car I wanted with Alex and spent about 30 minutes negotiating price. We reached an agreement. After a wait - a little longer than I expected - I met with David (finance) and signed all the papers. Overall the experience took about 3 hours and could have been done in half that time, BUT it was still a very positive experience. I will be rating Lee, Alex and David with all "10's" for excellent service. I only hoped they will still be there when I go in to buy my next Hyundai. More

Dealer recently changed service personnel. Operator keeps putting incoming calls into the wrong voice mail box. Service personel have stolen handicapped placard on two occasions. This requires us to go to the Department of Motor Vehicles, stand in line half a day to get another placard. We will find another Hyundai dealer. More
I was very pleased with all aspects of this dealership except the financing department. A lower interest rate was made contingent on buying a weak extended warranty (1985.00) and a valueless, worthless ' except the financing department. Even though I can cancel the extended warranty, it appears I will still pay interest on it for the next six years! More
I'm surprised there are no ratings for this dealership. They are pretty well known for being the typical "stealership", or worse. I visited them once and they pulled every trick in the book on me. First they didn't have what I was looking for but tried to make me a "deal I couldn't resist" on a car I didn't want. That deal was sticker price. When I wouldn't buy they tried bringing the sales manager in for the hard sell. I took a quick disliking to him. Wouldn't return my car keys from the trade in appraisal. Of course they were returned by the sales manager when he came over. I left this place so mad I couldn't see straight. They own several branded dealerships and I have known people that have visited others and they all had similar experiences. Quite frankly this place seems to tick off everyone that walks in the door and as I said they have become known for their bad practices so I don't see how they stay in business. No one seems to stick around long enough to complete the purchase. More
