I came to Vandergriff first to test drive the new Honda Accord Touring model (coming out of an '09 Accord EXL V-6) and then to check out the 2013 Hyundai Azera. I love not only the way this car looks, but the way it drives and all the features it has for the money. And Hector went over all the features with me on the initial test drive. Also, later that evening I returned so he could go over some other features on the radio/navi. I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from Hector and Vandergriff. Somtimes when car shopping it's difficult to find a salesperson that actually knows the product. I usually have to do all the research ahead of time so I know what features the cars have. But, with Hector I really didn't have to ask too many questions. He preceded to go through all the features in advance. Great job! Thanks again Hector!! More

After several contacts through the internet, we visited the dealership and asked for Bernardo. He patiently showed us a big selection of Sonata Hybrids. We test drove and he thoroughly explained the vehicle's finer points. After we returned to the dealership, we worked on price. He had each offer that he brought to us printed up so we could see the exact details of the "deal". Although, we did not purchase on the first visit, Bernardo remained friendly and was not pushy. We needed time to look over figures and decide what was best for us. We decided to return several days later and complete the deal on the car. When we called Bernardo to let him know we were coming, he was as friendly and caring as before. He already had the car detailed when we arrived. He had all the paper work from the first visit ready for us to finish dealing. After the price and trade-in value were finally agreed upon, we were ready for the financing portion of the deal where we met with Michael Anderson and Ryan Rios. Everything went smoothly, except where we requested in writing that the 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid battery has lifetime replacement hybrid battery coverage for the original owner because it was not sstated in the glovebox owner's manual. The men scrambled and searched and made calls. When we were satisfied, we finished the deal. Vandergriff has a good team of people that work together to sell their product and get it ready. We had checked out this dealership on bbb.org prior to dealing with this company. They had an A+ rating. More

I even referred one other person to Ms. Ashley and they were very pleased with the vehicle they purchased as a result of her expertise and customer care. She was very respectful and listened to my rambling, even when I thought she did not hear what I had to say. I am really looking to trade in my 2008 vehicle for a Genesis because Ms. Ashley took the time to let me test drive one while explaining all the wonderful features. I fell in love with that car! Next summer I will be right-side up on my 2008 vehicle and plan to trade it in for the Genesis. I hope Ms. Ashley is still around to provide the same great customer service that she provided recently.
