Difficult experience Within one week I had 3 cars pulled out from under me. I was promised one, but then got a call later it had already been sold. Two other cars were promised me and when I came the price was raised by $1,000 and $4,000. I was very angry and called to complain, I never got a response. After calling back multiple times they finally did damage control. They worked hard to make me happy and though I had promised never to talk to them again, they did put together an attractive enough package to actually make me buy a car from them. So I have mixed feelings. I would rather have avoided the drama and stress, but I did get a car I wanted. My conclusion is that if you must work with them, avoid Jon Clayton. Maletta Larry, on the other hand, has gone above and beyond to give me a positive experience and she was always honest with me, unlike others. More

Other brands were ok and eventually I came in to drive a specific car here but did not like it after driving. Richard showed me 2 other cars I liked better. He took the time to help me figure out what would really make me happy over the long term. Then he and the entire finance team worked to get me the number I needed to feel comfortable. And the tech guy was great too. Everyone took extra time to help me and make the entire experience positive and actually fun! And it was a holiday where I know they wanted to get home early so I really appreciate everyone. More

I walked into this dealership today with an appointment to see Maletta Larry, but I was very afraid and nervous. I had never in my life purchased a car on my own. I recently just lost the vehicle I had o to see Maletta Larry, but I was very afraid and nervous. I had never in my life purchased a car on my own. I recently just lost the vehicle I had owned for the past 6 or so years in a car accident and being divorced for just over a year, I wasn't ready for this huge step into the unknown on my own. I was greeted warmly by Maletta and she immediately made me feel at ease. She brought up the car I was interested in and we went for a test drive. We had an instant connection, and talked as if we had been friends forever. Then came the paperwork and filling out the credit app. When she came back and told me I had been approved, I burst into tears. I never expected things to fall into place this easily. Maletta walked me through all of the paperwork I needed and sent me on to my next destination...the Finance Department, In the Finance Department I was greeted by Thomas Carter. Again, I was treated like family. Thomas made the entire process painless and took all of the "scary" out of it. The man knows his job and knows how to treat the people who come to him to finance their new cars. I am new to Texas, and I can tell you right now that I will never buy a new car from any other Thank you, Maletta and Thomas. I cannot wait to pick up my car on Monday afternoon! More

Although I left disappointed, I did discover the same car had just gone online at the same dealership. The next day, the visit was much better, and more relaxed. Jason was informative and not pushy. He worked with me on financing and I trusted that he and Richard gave us the best deal for the car that I wanted from the get-go. While going in on a Saturday with many salesmen was overwhelming, I was overall pleased with my final purchase after going back the next week. My car was a fair price, and this is my third Hyundai purchased. I recommend this car, and this dealership in particular, to anyone looking for something dependable, economical but still nice. Not too mention, the Hyundai warranty has proven to be a great benefit for anyone planning to drive your car for a while.
