We went to Vandergriff to trade our 2010 Malibu for something with comparable space and better fuel economy. Give it to Hyundai for the Elantra design. Anyhow, our car developed a couple problems shortly after purchase, but Tony K in sales and Amy Kemp and Ken Mauldin in service did everything they could to work with Hyundai to diagnose and fix the issue. At one point, George Donaldson, General Sales Manager, involved himself to ensure that we were satisfied with the outcome, with the vehicle, and with his crew. Since the last repair, our Elantra has been great, and I don't regret going from American to Korean. Plus, during the initial sale, the sales and finance team worked hard to make sure that we were able to move into the Elantra and stay within our monthly budget. I'd like to add that I don't look at the initial problems we had with the Elantra as a negative towards Hyundai...even the most robustly-designed and manufactured models (Mercedes, Audi, etc.) sometimes come off the assembly line with a hitch or two every now and again. The car has been great since these hitches were fixed, and getting them fixed was made much easier due to the sales and service staff at Vandergriff. More

We visited this dealership on an unplanned visit. This sales consultant, Maletta Larry, was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle, its features and capabilities, the warranty, all the questions we normally have about a vehicle but most consultants can't answer. We weren't even looking to purchase at this visit, but the sales consultant pulled their best price the first time and we made the deal that night. We were at the dealership no more than 2 hours, including all the test driving. What a pleasant experience. This is by far the best experience we have ever had at a dealership in the purchase of a new car. I'm even thinking now about replacing another vehicle I own with a Hyundai at this dealership. More
